Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT) can make a real difference to problems like these. It integrates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy to create a powerful set of tools to bring about change.

I trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in this specialist form of hypnotherapy – approved by the British Psychological Society for registered psychologists. The techniques it teaches are all evidence-based, which means there is scientific evidence that they can bring about improvement.

Hypno-CBT can help in different kinds of situations:

  • For problems that are causing distress, pain or discomfort, such as anxiety, phobias, chronic pain, insomnia, IBS
  • For breaking habits of various kinds including nail biting and smoking
  • For weight loss
